Adjustable Automatic Master Baler

A fully automatic machine designed to count and accumulate pre-packaged product to be discharged into a master (bale) bag. Depending on the model chosen, the master bag can be either poly or paper. The master bag is automatically presented in an upright position into a closing station.

Automatic Master Ice Baler

A fully automatic machine designed to count and accumulate bags of packaged ice for discharge into a Master (Bale) Poly Bag. The master bag is automatically presented along an integral conveyer to be closed by our optional Fuseaire 4 Hot Air Sealer. The machine will also accommodate most other types of closing devices.

Wicketted Bagging and Sealing System

A fully automatic, integrated bagging and sealing system designed for use with most types of pre-made poly and laminated bags. Will fill the desirable “press to close” zipper, and slider type bags. The system can be fed by hand, or can be integrated with most types of feeder devices including scales, volumetrics, and bowl feeders. The bag is automatically opened, filled, sealed, and coded (if equipped with the optional coder). The finished bag is then dropped onto the takeaway conveyor. The uniquely designed sealhead provides a nice seal, while allowing for a compact footprint.

Automatic Bulk Ice Bagger

A fully automatic, stainless steel bagger designed to open and fill a pre-made wicketted poly bag. The bagger will adjust to fill 16 to 40 pounds of ice from the integral volumetric feeder. The filled bag is automatically presented along the takeaway conveyor into the optional Fuseaire 4 Hot Air Sealer. The machine will also accommodate most other types of
closing devices.

Automatic Wicketted Bagger

An automatic bagger capable of receiving up to 50 pounds of product into either a poly or paper bag. The bagger can be integrated with most types of feeder devices including scales, volumetrics, and bowl feeders. The filled bag is discharged onto an integral takeaway conveyor for presentation into a closing device.
